with the first one I can't tell just what I am looking at. Is that top end of rafter or butt?
Some seem like roof leak to me. Is he sure they didn't get wetted before the ice and water shield went on?
I can't see how the roof edging is detailed so I have no idea if it is leaking or not. Is water running across the face of the Azec when it rains or is there a drip lip?
The theory he has does hae some validity though. I alck way too much info to eliminate other possibilities.
Why is it important? Does he plan to not finish the framing?
