Any suggestions for a finish suitable for this use?

Ten year-old CCA. Besides the dis-coloration you noted, the wood is in very nice shape.The deck it came from was about 800 s.f. so I have piles of the stuff.Thanks for the good word.
Nice use of materials. I'd go with "State Park Green" floor enamel.
