Recycled fir flooring over concrete w…

I want to put down 10″x3/4″ fir flooring on my concrete floor. however, my ceiling is only 7′ high. I was thinking of fastening 3/4″ sleepers over 6 mil poly. Then nailing the flooring to the sleepers.any thoughts.
