My two story home experiences shake when someone walks on the second floor.
The house is built upon 9 foot piers. The house is strapped down really well. box trusses separate the 1st and second floor. They are 16inches tall and are spaced every two feet. The house is 28 feet wide. and around 48 feet long. Any insight into how best solve this issue would be deeply appreciated. Many thanks,
