Any suggestions on how to hide my stainless steel fasteners on the clear redwood
pergola/trellis that I am building? I’m not talking about locations — some of them will have to be in visible locations.

By "bung" I guess you mean plug with a redwood plug, sand smooth, etc. That's what I plan to do, but some of the holes are on sharp angles, like pocket holes, and I'm not sure I can make pocket hole plugs myself.
The holes are still round, even if they are on a sharp corner. Just make normal plugs, but a bit longer, and whack them in.
That sounds good. Thanks.
