Hi All,
Our funky guest house has an unglazed 4″ terra-cotta tile floor that looks terrible and feels real bad on the feet. I’d like to strip off all the old buildup and coat it with some type of smooth permanent sealant.
Any idea what products to get for this job? Any hints or tips to keep the labor time down?
Thanks,
Rick H

Around here the unfinished terra cotta is called saltillo. There are several finishes available, some good. Don't know about stripping, unless you want to borrow my golden retriever for a while.
Do it right, or do it twice.
