Removal of Vinyl flooring on Particle…

I am going to install Terra Hardwood flooring in my house remodel. Problem is I am going to glue this down to the sub flooring,but in the kitchen I have vinyl sheet goods that I will have to remove. Can this be done and if so How? This is a Particle wood sub floor under the Vinyl. The Mag. states this can be glued to this sub floor.
