Hello! I have AWP Series 580 Aluminum Single Hung Windows N.I. and I want to remove the sash in order to clean/lubricate/replace the balances in a few of them, but cannot see how to do it. My windows do not have a take-out clip. The only info I could find online is this:

Any help is truly appreciated! Thank you!

Not at all familiar with that company. I would contact the manufacturer if you can’t get the info from their site.
think I have these in a house I own - I believe you "push" the sash to the side to remove it - there may be enough play in the side frame to remove the sash.
contacting the company is the better way to find out
good luck
Thanks for the reply! I have emailed AWP and some suppliers (these are old windows, the company seems to have merged or have been acquired, no clear info) but no reply yet!
I was hoping maybe someone here was familiar with that kind of window and could advise how to open it.
Everything I have seen would suggest to push it sideways to release it. I have tried but it feels like there must be some hook that's not letting the sash loose. I didn't want to force it and damage it, so I went looking for some more info.
Thanks all the same!
if I remember correctly, there are small hinges on the sides to hold the sash up (mine are double hung windows) so they may be in the way of removing them
other thought is to is use some penetrating oil on the slides to loosen up the sash to move sideways
looking at the link/page , it looks like the impact resistant windows may not be removable, something else to consider
Mine are non impact so I am still hoping I can remove the sash. I'll keep trying, thanks!
