Hi All,
I have a customer with an asphalt driveway. Recently they had some stone retaining walls rebuilt by some workers who weren’t too neat and who left lots of concrete stains on the driveway.
I’m wondering what will work here…pressure washing, muriatic acid…? The customer wants the asphalt recoated and I’m concerned that the new sealer won’t stick to the concrete. Am I right?
Thanks Guys!

Stone retaining wall?
Most likely mortar mix. Scrape up the big stuff, prime the remaining stains with asphalt primer (same stuff that is used to seal oil stains), and seal coat the driveway.
