I installed some pre-finished flooring and had to use urethane based glue in some areas. It says it cleans up with mineral spirits but Im having no luck.
Any suggestions?

They mean for you to do it before the glue cures. Like, immediately upon getting some where you don't want it. Once cured, it's too bad for you!
As far as I've read, there is no solvent for cured urethane. It is quite easily degraded by ultraviolet light, so direct sunlight (not through a window, which filters out a great deal of UV) or a sunlamp would degrade it. Eventually it would crumble. Don't watch the light, it is bad for your eyes. Just shine it on the glue for a few days. I don't really know how long it takes, but I've seen urethane start to discolor outdoors after only a few days.
