Just heard from a client that the State of Ohio has selected his house (my design) for a Renewable Energy Grant to install solar electric panels, a wind generator, and solar hot water panels. The grant will cover about a third of the total cost. He is also getting a 2006 federal renewable energy tax credit of $2500, plus another $500 energy efficiency tax credit. He’ll have to participate in the annual Green Ohio Tour. It’s neat to get recognition from the people who review these applications for the energy characteristics of our buildings, and good to have a client who wanted to pursue the paperwork.

Seaman. How far's that from you? They're hoping for a May 1 completion, but are probably not gonna hit it. Cold weather is slowing some outside concrete work.
Never heard of that town. If a road in Toledo, Seaman, not far.
edit: checked the spelling, same as you gave. If it's in the Toledo area, email me with the address if they don't mind drive by's.
