I have about 50 feet of aluminum porch rails that are powder-coated black. We’ve decided a steel-grey color is more appropriate, so now it’s time to do some painting with the powder coat as the “primer”

1) What’s needed to prep the powder caoat?
2) I have an HVLP setup, so I’m probably going to spray them with
oil based enamel — any recommendations?
