Hola! My sister is getting evicted from her very nice manhattan apartment. she and her boyfriend apparently complained too much about the mice problem, the leak problems, the dust problems, and the brown water problems… oops… so, the blinds that I installed about 7 months ago are coming out and I am looking at a whole bunch of holes in metal jambs… I am thinking bondo, but if there is a better way… they are about 1/8″ and lots. the goal is for them NOT to get dinged with repair fees…

bondo is the way to go...
glazing compound (auto body type) is another...
dimple and spackle with light weight spackle is still another way..
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
Jeff,
When I left my New York City apartment and moved back to Jersey, I had 20 years of holes in the metal window frames. I went out and got cheap vinyl blinds and put them up. They covered everything well enough for me to get my deposit back.
