I installed 8 Marvin ultimate insert replacement windows in my house, and am very happy with them. I intend to replace a few picture windows on the side of my house with vinyl casement replacement windows. I am replacing them into a aluminum frame. I cant find on the internet if any of the big companies (certainteed, milgard etc…) have a simple insert casement window-without breaking the stucco. Any experience with the casement replacements and manufacturer info would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Milgard makes it easy to talk with them. Their website offers the option of locating a local dealer or contacting them directly.
Kolbe and Kolbe have em too.

If you're in New Jersey (hint: fill out your profile), Asbury Window Factory does a good job. http://www.asburywindow.com.
Certainteed makes great drop in casement replacements. Been using them for years, no complaints.
