Does anyone know a good/quick way to insulate the ‘weights cavity’ when replacing old windows? I have been drilling 1 1/2″ holes and foaming them in.

we have been exploring this for some time now. our best efforts are to take the weight pulley out and either use a fast expanding low density foam or fill with blown in insulation by hand it is a crap shoot because you cant pack it in to tight. if anyone else has any good ideas that would be great as we put in about 150-200 marvin tilt pacs in a year.
Best way is to pull off the molding or open the access panel in the frame and stuff with FG.
