I’m getting tired of waiting for replies and posts. Sometimes 2-3 minutes. If this is as good as it gets, I’m gonna bail ’cause I don’t have the time to waste. Someone please address this. SYSOP? -Ken Hill

Ken, I believe Mark said (somewhere - maybe over in the sandbox), that posts are indexed when they are posted for search purposes and queing them for indexing is what causes the delay. Or something like that. I know people have complained about the delay in several different threads, and that he said he is presenting all complaints to Prospero. I don't know if they will be able to shorten the delay. The delay is probably longer when there are more people posting at any one time.
Thanks, Lisa. Somehow it just seems harder to stay on top of all the info on this new site.........-Ken
Ken, that's definitely a prob w/NS, but if you use IE it usually isn't. Although it did take abt 5 minutes to open a reply box just recently.
