Rheem/Ruud furnaces

Two questions:

1. Are there any differences between Rheem and Ruud furnaces ?  Are they identical in every way ?  I’ve seen other makes that had similar models but one had a stainless stell heat exchanger whereas the other had a coated-steel (aluminized?) heat exchanger. 

2. I’ll search the web for product reviews but i figured I ask here for comments too.  Are Ruud furnaces any good ?  Specifically, the UGRK Series.

    They both come out of the same factory. Whether they're exactly the same or not I don't know. I read it as Fords and Mercurys come out of the same factory. Same engines, but different trim.
