I am trying to locate 9.5″ R-30 unfaced roll insultaion. Seems like there are only four foot or eight foot batts available, but we are insulating TJI ceiling joists (that make up the flat built-up roof above) that have and do not need any bridging. Does anybody make continuous rolls anymore?

Greetings Mike,
Perhaps calling the 800 numbers of various roll insulation manufacters as OwenCorning and the like might give you that information.
Cheers
Believe me. I ahve already done that. I guess it is just a product not in demand these days.
