I sub out the demo and dump. Thats about $200 a square here. Then its installation and supplies. I add another $200-300 per square.Regards, Scooter"I may be drunk, but you're crazy, and I'll be sober tomorrow." WC Fields, "Its a Gift" 1934
We just finished a 44 sq roof, 12 pitch, two story, with 8 valleys, new counterflashing on three chimneys. We put new plywood on a little more than half of that, which had old board sheathing. Dump fees were about $1000. Total cost $409 per sq. We don't normally do roofs except on houses we are building but this was for in-laws. They got a price for over $500 and I wasn't sure that they would get the best quality for that money, so we did it for them for a fixed price. We made money on the job but I am getting too old for this to be a regular gig.
thanks , im getting too old for roofing too.
but its a customer that I will make sure its done very good ill even do some extras for no extras cost like other stuff going to the dump and fixing some problems with sidding etc.
so im doing it for 500. per sq. and she and I will do alright.

How steep, how cut up, how intense is the landscaping, etc? All jobs are not created equally.
