Hey folks:
I’m about to roof a deck. Here in the sunny south (Atlanta), I’ ve long preferred using translucent (green or white), corrugated, fiberglass panels. The translucency allows some light to penetrate but you get protection from rain and sun.
I don’t care for the plastic panels I’ve been seeing lately. They’re a bit flimsy, plus they do not come in translucencies, only clear or opaque.
The plastic panels seem to be all ‘Lowe’s-Depot’ is stocking these days. Does anyone know where to find the good old fiberglass panels?
Thanks

Probably, you need to get up the road a bit and out of metro Atlanta just abit and find a "ranch and farm" supply place. You might want to check under "roofing suppliers" in the yellow pages, too.
