I see it's been a while and you don't have any answers, so I'll reply (without an answer either) to keep your post "fresh" in hopes someone else will have a good answer. You may try posting on the "Breaktime" forum too. I looked in my VanDyke's restorers catalog and they didn't have it. Have you tried using Google for specialty woodwork or molding?
No luck with Google. Thet kept showing me web sites for Bass shoes. Somehow I don't think that will work. If I can't find a source, I guess I'll just miter the base shoe and leave it at that. Thanks for the reply.

Funny abou Bass shoes--better than mouldy shoes or some such though!
Dave, I haven't made curved base shoe, but for curved scotia I glue-laminate strips of wood, run them thru a thickness planer to clean and size them, and use a router table to get the profile I want. Since your corners are probably small you could pattern-rout the pieces from a single board instead of having to glue-laminate.

A COMPANY CALLED TRIMTEX HAS ROUND TO SQUARE CORNERS FOR ACCEPTING STRAIGHT BASE ON A BULLNOSE CORNER BEAD WALL. CHECK AT MAJOR DRYWALL SUPPLIERS OR THEIR WEBSITE
Thanks for the info. I'll give them a try.
