Can anyone provide me with any insight as to how round cornerbeads should intersect like in a doorway and how they should be installed for baseboard?

Trim-Tex makes 3-ways for the intersections and they make a mitre gauge.
As far as baseboard, you have a few options:
1)22.5 degree cuts on a small middle piece of trim.
2)Stop it where the curve starts, and use plaster.
3)Bullnose base corner blocks.
4)Just caulking the top after a 45 degree cut.
5)Bullnose Base Adapter.
