I have to duplicate some exterior molding. Can anyone suggest a bit to get to make the following pieces? Also a cost effective wood recommendation would be much welcomed.

The base cap molding is readily available in western pine. Freud makes this bit, http://www.freudtools.com/p-206-base-and-cap-bits.aspx
You may have to use 2 bits for the panel mold, maybe a bull nose with a cove. http://www.eagleamerica.com/product/v160-0302/ea_-_bull_nose
