Running Gutter Drain Through Crawl Space

I need to drain gutters from a back unit to the street. The back unit is completely surrounded to the property line with cement. Some cement is faux cobble stone. Some downspouts are over a drive that abuts the house and would need a long saw cut (60+ft) to get to the front/street.
The crawl space would be an easy way to trench to the front yard. Is it possible to do this to California code? Los Angeles Area so not freezing issues.

Drains
I don't know of any code that would prohibit this. There could be some local code or zoning issues. If you are not currently discharging drainage onto the street there could be some issues. Be sure to use a solid piping system ABS or PVC with glued joints. Clean outs at strategic places are in order. Over size the system.
