This small house has a shed roof. The rafters in the living room are sagging, almost 2 inches in the middle. The rafters span 14 ft., are 16 inches on center. The room is 12 ft wide. They are only one and 1/4 by four and 1/2 inches. The ceiling, dry wall is attached to bottom of the rafters. I do not want to remove ceiling because of the decorations that are hand drawn on the ceiling
A wind storm blew part of the roof off the living room and I would like to fix the sag while the roof is off. What is the best way?
