A year or so ago, I had the spring on a kitchen cabinet Salice hinge break, and guess what? They’d been discontinued. So, I had this door that wouldn’t close all the way. I got distracted by other things, as happens, but a month ago I contacted Salice customer service to see if they had a solution other than reboring for a different hinge. They sent me two hinges that they thought might work, free of charge, and, though designed a bit differently, they fit perfectly (same holes), and the door was back in action. I ordered enough to replace all of the remaining hinges, just in case. I was very impressed with their service, and I just wanted to pass it on.
