I want to put an above ground pool in my yard. the terrain is ledge, scraped clean and flat within 2 inches.
question is how thick of a sand base do I need under the pool? I’m thinking a couple of inches should do the trick

Just did mine last year. Manufacturer called for 1'' crushed limestone then 2"sand. We also installed the liner over some rolled 1/2" foam. Feels real good on the feet once filled. Enjoy.
