seal the vapor barrier?

I am about to pour a slab on grade (floor for living space with radiant heating). Should the vapor barrier, after being turned up 4″, be “sealed” to the foundation, and with what?

    For a "slab on grade" what are you turning the VB up to?

    Are you sure this isn't just a floor slab in cellar?
