I put in 12″ Mexican Tile on my entire First floor about 4 years ago. Love it,love it, love it! However, it is time to reseal it. Originally we put 5 coats of stinky, highly volatile polyurethane, I think. I do not want to use that again. Besides the shine on my floors disappeared in the first 6 months anyway, so why go through all that trouble. What I am looking for is something that is not toxic and not flamable that I can put on my floors on a regular basis–maybe every 6 months, so it will always stay shiney. How about some eco friendly wax? Any suggestions?
