Canadian company as I recall. Built a few houses with them in the mid-late 90's. High quality, clad CVG DOUG FIR. Can't comment on service beyond the sale, I never needed any. I'm in Vancouver Washington (USA)
I have used there windows on several projects and like the quality, price and service. Much of the service I can attribute to the local rep, who is excellent.
I believe they are out of California; at least their manfacturing office is located in Red Bluff. According to my local rep, SP tries to use sustainable timber practices for their products.
