As in for cutting drapery fabric, e.g. olfa cutters.
Tried so far was simply chucking onto arbor on lathe and dressing with black arkansas stone. Not sharp enough.
Anyone done this successfully?? Posted this over in threads also, no luck there so far.
Next will try putting blade on arbor, strop with leather coated with rouge, with the strop rotary on a hand held drill.

My Wife buys the blades in a 5 pack. I think that AC Moore has the best price :) I have tried sharpening different types of fabric cutting tools for her and just have not had any luck. Seems like the factory uses some magic to get the edge thay have when new.
