About a year ago a sales rep at Lowes told me that Georgia Pacific had come out with a new type of sheet rock that was made out of fiber glass instead of paper, which, if you’re paranoid about the Stachybotrys black mold stuff, is a good thing. I’m building a new house and any advice on fiber glass sheet rock or anything else that will help me avoid Black Mold would be most appreciated. Everyone here has been very helpful so far with all my other questions. Thank you for all your help.

Mold only grows where there is moisture. If you have a mold problem, you have a moisture problem. Mold can be completely avoided if the house is dry.
FHB no. 184 (Jan 07) has a great article- "The Mold Explosion: Why Now?"
I enjoyed it, pick up the issue so you can read it. I couldn't find it in the online archives.
I've used the paperless DW you're asking about. It seems like a good product, much better than regular rock. It's just heavier and itchy.
