Several years ago I came across a product that appeared to be a sheet siding product that had the appearance of Beveled cedar siding. It was thick enough to act as both the sheathing and the siding. It may have been an OSB type of material.
I have a project today that could use this form of material. I am wondering if anyone knows what this may have been or where I might find some similar type of material today. This was used on a very modest home. I suspect that it was a very inexpensive construction method.
Thanks for whatever help you can offer.

WOW!!! What a Ride!
The issue is not the cedar look. It is the look of bevel siding. The hardi board stuff looks like cedar too. I am pretty sure I can get the rough cut look it is the sheet of material that looks like bevel material that I am having a hard time with.
