Are shingle prices lowering with oil prices?
Is there enough oil used in shingle manufacturing to make a difference?
Thanks, TWG

There's a constant source of clean water for you to use, and all you have to do is collect it.

locally, shingle prices have exploded over the last 2 years---almost double what they were this time in 2007
they are NOT going down- in fact I recently recieved a notice from my primary supplier that they will be going up again in March.
I don't expect shingle prices to EVEr fall-- in 20 plus years I have only seen them go up--- ordianrily the price stays fairley stable and rarely goes up---- but unlike lumber- once it goes up it STAYS up.
