Any ones input is actually welcome .
I am being asked if it is possible to hard pipe the pressure side of a propane fired pressure washer to various locations through out a building.
Ideally the system would have ball valves and quick disconnects at the various locations so one hose could be used without having to drag a portable pressure washer around the building.
450-3,000 psi/ 2.4-3.5 gal/min/ Not certain of temperature but the hose is rated at 311 d/f. I think. I can’t find the actual temperature range listed anywhere.
Questions: Can it be done? What kind of pipe? Safety issues?

Piece of cake.
Sizing will depend on length of run & # of fittings.
Longer runs will cool down quite a bit by the time the water makes it to the gun.

Bill, Thanks for the info. This is for a winery , longest runs maybe 100'. Will the pipe have to have welded connections or is it possible to have threaded or some other style of connector? We are trying to reduce an overall electrical load on the building to avoid having to upgrade the main service, and also avoid fumes inside the winery itself by using a fixed propane fired unit outside the building . I can have the pipes insulated so that will help the heat loss.

1/2" can carry that no problem. The key is to make sure you're not restricting the flow from the pressure washer to the hard connections, usually better to use 3/4" fittings & pipe for that section. the idea is so there will be no cavitation of the flow.
Think of it as a funnel.
If you have the room to bend the pipe with a rigid conduit bender it will flow better than using 90 degree fittings.

No welding needed.
If you use threaded fittings, be sure to buy fitting that are rated for the pressure.
Medium pressure Swagelok is good up to 15,000 PSI, the 1/2" threaded adapters are good up to 8,000 PSI.
Swagelok is very DIY friendly, basically it's a compression joint on steroids.

Bill, Thank You. Much Appreciated. Now I can tell the owners that we can plan on that as a viable alternative to the portable electric pressure washer .

I have noticed that Quick Trip (a chain of convenience stores) has an outlet mounted on the outside of their buildings with a high pressure connection and a switch on it for activating the pump. Don't think that they are heated, but the same difference..
.
A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
Bill, Thanks. I hadn't thought about a remote switch. Might be worth looking into.
