How does one cut and fold on an outside corner of a shower pan. I started one today and could not think of the best way without patches everywhere.
The width doesnt quite make it to the curb if I run it with the 84″, so there will be a patch there next to the curb and then there is the outside corner as well. Running the other way doesnt help either because it is 54″ from the right wall to the outside corner. I need my rise on the walls to be at least 8″
Any help would be appreciated.

you will probably need to do something with the left corner at the curb. There are corner patches made but I don't know about that angle.
Try practicing with a piece of paper to do the folding.

I hate to beat an old drum, but that pan is shouting for Kerdi.
agreed. I have been reading up on Kerdi and some day need to check it out.
But back to the ?..how does one do outside corners?
