Though some others here who have recently downloaded google sketchup might be interested in this:

These components will install and work fine with free google sketchup, although you should make sure to install them in the components folder in your google sketchup when you install.
I believe that all these components are availabel from the 3-D warehouse, but I think it’s nice to have them all sorted into labeled folders on my computer, rather than searching for them.

Thanks for posting the link. I've been playing with the program for the past week or so, but hadn't become aware of these additional components yet. I'm anxious to see what I can do with them.
I have to say though, their download instructions didn't seem to jive with what I was seeing in the download process. In order to get the files to show in the Components Browser in Sketchup, and had to drag the new component folders using Windows Explorer from where they were installed (C:@Last Software) to the component folder in Sketchup.
Yeah, their download instructions don't work perfectly on the google version. I was trying to say in my original post to change where it puts the components, so the program will find them automatically. I'm glad you figured it out. The program has helped me out a lot in visualizing an attic I'm finishing off into a master suite. Maybe I'll play around with some of the framing details that the construction components include, so I can get most of the thinking done before I start cutting 2x4s.zak
