Hi
I have to shape some aluminum trim coil for a window restoration project. For this I basically need to bend some trim coil into a C shape, about .25″,.75″,.25″ on the C and 2.5’+ long.
This will be ongoing so I’d like to avoid renting a brake each time or cranking out all the pieces through one rental and hoping they fit when I get to that window.
Has anyone tried these straight bender brakes like:
I’ve seen the same sort of thing at harbor freight and northern tool.
Any feed back on these, especially with respect to “crispness” of bend and if they can bend small lips – like .25″?
Thanks!
Brian
