It appears to be a Louisana Pacific product, but my browser crashes when I try to use their web site, so I can't tell you where to look. Hopefully it's not the same stuff they made the siding out of that delaminated and grew mushrooms.

According to their lit. you must have 2 coats of paint on the weather side and one coat on the backside or the warranty is void. ( the factory coat counts as one coat it is all 6 sides)
Any cut edge you must paint ( it really soaks up the primer !)
A good poly caulk would be a must. We are using vulkeem 116.
It looks good when it is up but we applied it in jan. feb. so it has not gone thru any heavy rains with higher temps as of yet so can't tell yet if the stuff soaks up water enough to cause paint failure.
It goes up straight but is a pain to hand nail .We don't use guns to attach because we are afraid of providing a path for water due to the gun countersinking below the surface.
