Can anyone tell me if there is a source for 7″x19″ soffit vents. All I seem to be able to find are 6″x16″ and 8″x16″.

dont know of this size but you can cut openings in your soffit and screen them using aluminum screen and screen molding to make up any size hole....ive seen this especially on older houses.
*Brian. Have you ever noticed how hot it gets in a screen tent? The mesh openings are so small that only 30% of the available air gets in. Same thing with using screening for soffits vents. Is the screening 70% open or 70% closed?Jetwan. Stay away from those fixed soffit vents. The best soffit vents are continuous and double louvered. Correctly installed soffit vents are located next to the fascia board. So located they are least likely to allow raoin or snow penetration. Genel.
*Gene,Most of the screen ive seen used for soffit vents is larger than standard window screen. I dont know about in your area but down here the fixed vents are screened on the backside and some of the continuous vents are too. Most of the new houses we do we use vinyl siding which is perforated for ventilation
