I have put some 1×4 ‘chair rail’ in a bathroom. Partly for looks, but mostly to give a solid structure to attach towel bars to.
Instead of putting in 24-30″ towel bars, I’ve been thinking about running a continuous brass bar down a section of wall (about 8′). And possible around the corner for another 12-28″.
Does anyone know a good source for the brass bar/pole and related hardware?
Thanks,
jt8

What a question to ask this group . . . <g>
Do you know where to find brass pole hardware . . .
We've had one thread semi-hijacked by pole dancing references already . . . (which was likely for the better <g>)
Now, back to the post--make sure you get that brass sealed; the green oxidation will not look good on the towels, I'm guessing. (I'd want nickel-plate in my over-humid clime.) But, a continuous rail detail would really look sharp, though <non-serious jealous envy>
Ask around the "ornamental metal" joints near to hand, they might could steer you to some cool stuff.
