walpole woodworkers, farmington
Thanks - I tried them already...still in shock over the estimate they gave me. Correction on my information request - looking for a source for good quality, affordable, cedar fence in CT!!
One of my buddies needed 300' of cedar fencing put in for him on the Vineyard a couple years ago. His wife loved the Walpole Woodworkers stuff.......got a quote that would buy a nice Lexus. He had standard cedar stockade delivered from the nearest lumber yard for $40/section and had a local guy install it with 4x4" PT posts 48" down.
Looked nice, so I did the same.

Know a little about alot and alot about little.
Placed my order at the local supply house this morning. Thanks. At least Walpole doesn't hide the fact that they're expensive...the second thing out of the salesman's moyth, after hello, was "we're the highest guy on the block, but we're the best"...of course.
The guys right......they are damn nice. But if you have to ask how much you can't afford it.
I'm happy with my continued installation of my fence. got 18 sections up and 7 more to go, luckily I hit sand about 18" down and it is usually smooth sailing to 48" which is rare in New England. Of course now that I said that......
