I’m building a balustrade and I’m having trouble finding connector bolts and the like. I’d like to find the connector bolts like those Tucker Windover used in the article in the November issue. I’d also like to find that nifty wrench that’s mentioned in the article. Can anyone point me toward a source?

Where is ya located?
I use New England stairs for alot of things.....not sure if they ship nationally.
BROSCO catalog also has a decent selection.

here ya go.
Page two of the online catalogue has the rail bolts and the wrench.

Check out DELMARVA millwork.
Any lumber yard should be able to order the parts from their millwork distributor.
I didn't see the article but I'm betting the bolts and wrench were LJ smith or some copy of.
In my opinion, LJ smith bolts and wrenches are the best available. If you google LJ Smith stair parts, the site should direct you to a dealer locator.
you can get the bolts in 10 packs.
If your gonna do more than a few rails.......invest in a railbolt runner for your drill. It's in the LJ catalog and worth every penny.
