The Dow "Great Stuff Pro 14" is a really good gun. You can take it apart to REALY clean it out if you need to. Cheaper than most other guns too. Also easy to put a tube on the tip if you need to.

Hee Hee.....where ya' been, Vern.....Asking if they're interchangeable is like asking if my Mac will run Windows programs......
But FWIW, I like my Pageris gun. Just about any of them are a great improvement over the disposable ones.
look on ebay.... last ones i got made in france 3 for $25 they work as good as my hilti and actually can be cleaned...

How about a link to those French guns?John

i found em just with a "foam gun" search on ebay... i'm not sure they are always there but when i got mine they had several listings for the same thing... so they might be a regular item listed

LOTS of info in the archives.
Ebay.
The bottom one on the Great stuff page looks exactly like my Hilti piece of crap plastic gun. Praegis too makes that.
Get one on Ebay for $20 or less.
Do not drop it off a ladder, if it lands right it will break the nozzel off. How do I know?
Cans are all the same.
When you disassemble it to clean, lube the threads with vaseline so it will come apart next time.
Keep it out of your hair.

I have this and like it.

I have the same one for about four years and like it also. Always keep an extra can of foam handy. If you run out and don't have another can, you either have to *completely* clean it or throw it away.BTW, the Hilti cans and most other brands fit but watch the size; they are smaller and cost more then the cans from EFI.Jerry
