I had someone viewing the DeWalt contest thoroughly disgusted with my website. He commented about wanting to work on it…and I said go ahead. I am retarded when it comes to computers and setting this stuff up.
Anyway, this is just a quickie draft to see if I liked it. I sure do! I will have my special 180 degree stair logo uploaded soon.

Ted: I received your e-mail several weeks ago....and I tried contacting you thanking you for what you called me. I kept getting a failed delivery to you...when I tried to respond a long time ago. You just went off the handle and called me an axxxxxx . I even came on here trying to contact you by your name in the title. I sure as heck did not call you an axxxxx simply because you didnt respond back. I assumed you didnt see it. I wish you were more tolerant of no responses....maybe there was indeeed an effort I was trying to respond. I kept getting a failed delivery and gave up. You then sat and simmered on my apparent brush off...to come out of the blue and start name calling. I am sorry you think what you think, but I swear to GOD I was trying to contact you, You can believe me or not...

Stan, I deleted my post as I don't want or need controversy. But all you had to do is reply to my post in that forum, at least to say you're having trouble contacting me. I don't know why you would get a failed delivery. I've recieved plenty of emails from BT users.
Anyway, the website looks real nice and WordPress is an excellent software. You'll do good with it. See my work at TedsCarpentry.comBuy Cheap Tools! BuildersTools.net

Ted- I can tell you dont believe me..so I am just going to leave it at that. BTW,...I looked at your website and was very impressed with your stairwork and other finish carpentry. Your work is very impressive.

One thought- All the photo's in a row may cause them to lose impact.
Each one is has so much movement and play of light that
together they all step back.
I think fate just stepped in and decided it wasn't meant to be. I sincerely apologize for what I said. I guess the thing is, I really look up to you for the work you do, wanted to attend your workshop, and would be real happy if I could just build stairs the rest of my working days. So it wasn't just the website.
Thanks for the kind words about my work. I wish I could take credit for that staircase, but all I did is assemble it. The parts were prefabbed at the company's shop. That company did some projects that compare to those you've done, at least in photos, but I can't say it was the same quality. From what I saw in my short time working for them, there are too many hands involved and the focus is too much on production over quality. I had to fill way more open joints than I would think is acceptable, as well as some shortcuts and compromises I wasn't proud of.
All the other work on my website is mine alone.

Ted- Hey..thanks for clearing that up. You dont know how frustrated I was not to be able to answer back to you when you sent me that e-mail not too long ago. I was trying to tell you that I was having troubles with my e-mails not going through. I would have never left you hanging without responding. If I had...then I deserved the title bestowed upon me.
There is indeed a thread if I could find it...where I put your name at the title...so it would catch your eye. I was asking you to contact me and get this cleared up.
But I feel you may believe me..so thats a little movement.
Again, I was real impressed with that stairwork...and the other neat projects you have on there.

So embarrassing...
Oh the shame.
I've done stupider things before, but this one is way up there.
