I believe 3:12, though I've seen it as low as 2:12, hell I think I've even seen it flat.

It depends on the type. Snap lock, screw down, or hidden fastner and double crimp.

What you asked was akin to asking "How many miles per gallon does a car get?"

In PEMB structures, you can get to 1/2:12; but 1:12 is usually the lowest you can get a purlin-supported roof panel system.
In an applied roof system, probably between 2/12 & 3/12--and, as CU points out, the method matters. Snap-lock systems are different than standing seam, and field-made standing seam can be different, too. Soldered systems have yet another set of rules, too.
