Has anyone used the Stanley FatMax sawhorse?
I saw them at Lowes and picked up a pair. I have not seen them anywhere else; Depot, Amazon, not even on StanleyTool.com.
They offer 4 telescopic legs that range from 32″ – 39″. (each can be different for uneven surfaces.) Rated to 2,500 lbs. They offer a groove on the top that allows a 2x to be inserted so you can add some ply and create a stable workstation. (my favorite feature)
I just picked them up last night so I have not put them to the test but I think they are going to be great.
Downside? Price. They were about $60.

I've got an old pair of "Iron Horse" sawhorses that work pretty well for me, but they're a little small, so I've been looking for a new pair.
I found a picture of the Stanley here: http://news.thomasnet.com/images/large/2003/04/20869.jpg

I have been looking at those pretty closely myself and am waiting for lowe's to have a sale on them or everything in the store.
I like the 2x4 notch so that I can set in the wood and my crew won't cut the plastic tops.

yeap i got some in the spring.
my plastic ones died again!
i use them with a 2*2 grid and 1/2" ply as a bench and without the ply to rip sheet goods.
i've never used the telespocpic legs!
do they fold up nice? compact?

Same as most other plastic sawhorses...I think they are fine.
