just wanted to bragg on my new used step van. Its a used snap on van that i bought to haul all my tools and set up a rolling workshop in. ive gotten real burntout from haulin tools in and out of the garage, worryin about stuff gettin ripped off at lumberyard. this van has a hydraulic liftgate, lights inside, onan generator, shelves and drawers, dual overhead a/c units, insulated box and is over 16 foot in storage length. Now i have room for my table saw, chopsaw, tilesaw, shopvac and more and still have room for materials and lumber. getting organized like this has made me faster and more efficent.

Right now i dont have any pics but will post some soon any advice on how to post pics i have not done so on this forrum thanks
burntout,
First size the pics small!!
Hit reply to any message, there will be a box at the bottom that says "attachments", click that , locate your pics in whatever file you have them in on you computer using the "browse" window, then hit "upload", repeat as many times as you have pics, when you are done with all the pics you want to post then hit "done". Even I learned how to do it so it must be easy. ;-) "Poor is not the person who has too little, but the person who craves more."...Seneca

I've seen 'em on eBay and had to fight the urge to bid. Space, shelves, liftgate, etc, etc... dream tool truck.

I found mine in the classifieds and only payed 4,000 for it . I was lookin for a diesel but got one with a 454 chevy good motor and power but less mileage than a diesel. Has about 70,000 on it and rebuilt tranny.
Good luck. I hope you checked out your states dot regs before plunging. I have one that is going to the aluminum recyceler because of the wonderful state of Maryland.
75,000 miles on it new tires and carb.
I'll miss it.
I dont get it why did you have to get rid of it. Im in california and i dont see any problem. I just have to get it smogged which is not tough on an older truck/van. it will probably be more than a pickup to register due to weight class.
Why? What does it need? I might be interested at salvage prices.

you might want to be on the lookout for an RV awning... works really well on something like that and even on tool trailers... lets you set up shop under a covered awning... ...
the other thing i've seen done is some slide out or spring out... brackets to haul sheet good strapped to the side.. good for about 4 sheets... but handy
i had a snap-on van i use to haul a race car with... never got around to repaint'n it... i could have sold alot of tools at the track... ;)
