Sticky Stone from ground level up to mud sill?
I am building a new single story home with a full basement using Superior walls. I would like to use Sticky Stone from the ground level up to the mud sill where the siding will start(about 12″ to 18″ max) I don’t want the stone to stick out past the siding so what are some common framing practices, do I set the pressure treated mud sill out over the Superior wall and if so how much?1.5 to 2 inches? And if I do that seems like I would need to double up the band boards (rim)around the floor joist rim especially on the rim joists running parrelell to the floor joists. ??? looking for the best method structurally and looks any ideas
Thanks, Mike ,from Pennsylvania)
