Someone give a new remodeler a little advice! I replaced a large 10 foot flat triple window with a really great bay window. I’m not sure how to trim the casing on the bottom. should I install a stool on the bottom and put casing under the stool, or skip the stool and just use the casing. The first option seems like it would look more interesting with the added shadowoline and match the other windows in the house but the stool would need to be modified and attached to the flat edge of the seat on the bay window. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thats a matter of preference. Usually they are "picture framed" with casing. I think adding a stool to an already good sized platform would look a little odd.
I installed a 8'x5' picture window at the back of my house (that was a bit heavy!) and put a stool in. Looks fine but what I wanted to point out is that if you have kids, if the stool + jamb is big enough (as in my case), it makes a great play surface.
My kids love to play there and look at the window at the same time.
